Although some fundamental, time tested concepts were retained, ongoing research and development has allowed Huth Manufacturing to improve and refine their line of benders.  Today Huth offers eight automotive pipe benders, as well as numerous accessories, such as portable expanders, swager/expanders, oil filter crushers and a wide variety of tooling and tooling packages.

All Huth automotive pipe benders share some important features:  Rugged I-beam construction, 58,000 lbs. of bending power and a built-in swager/expander for complete end-finishing.

Anatomy of a Huth Bender:

• Construction:  All Huth benders feature extra heavy-duty I-beam construction of structural quality steel, aircraft quality hydraulic hoses and UL® approved components.
  
  
• Accessories:  Huth offers a variety of accessories to make your job easier.  The Quick Crush Oil Filter crusher attaches in seconds to the swager end of a Huth Bender, allowing you to crush oil filters to about 20% of there original size.  The Rod Bracket Bender attaches to the expander end so you can custom bend brackets too.
  
  
• Swager/Expander:  End-finishing is easy with the built-in heavy duty swager/expander, standard on every Huth bender.  Flares, ball joints, flanges and slip joints are easily created.  Huth's AccuSizer automatic bull's-eye expanding system allows you to dial in precise expansions the first time and every time.
  
  
• Tool Trays:  Depending on the bender, you get either a flat tool tray, or a deluxe tool tray and swager storage tray to keep your tooling organized and with in easy reach.
  
  
• Tooling:  Huth tooling is gas-carburized, oil-quenched heat treated and precision machined from steel.  Our tooling is case hardened to a minimum hardness of 58 Rockwell ("C" scale).  All Huth tooling is manufactured in house to ensure the highest quality.
  
  
• Speed:  A high speed pump/motor option is available on all Huth benders (except the 2007 and 2801).  Increase your bending speed by 25%.
  
  
• Video:  Huth benders come with a comprehensive instructional video to help you get started quickly and easily.
  
  
• Activation:  Huth benders differ primarily in their activation methods.  The 2133 CyberBend features an on-board computer with touch screen for bending program storage.  The 2133, like the 2008 and 2806, also features Forward/Reverse Knee Pedal controls.  Models 2007, 2801, and 1901S come with a Forward/Reverse Foot Pedal.  The 1901 and 1800 feature a control valve.  All models, except the 1901, 1901S and 1800 also have Push Button Controls.
  
  
• Power:  Huth benders feature powerful 5 H.P. motors with a 7º H.P. option for high speed bending.  You have 58,000 lbs. or bending force at your disposal.
